These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Anchor Singapore Immigration (“Anchor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Anchor Singapore Immigration provides professional consulting, educational programmes, and guided support services relating to Singapore immigration matters, including but not limited to Singapore Permanent Residency and Citizenship applications.

Services may include consultations, masterclasses, document review, and writing support. All services are advisory and educational in nature.

Anchor does not provide legal representation and does not act on behalf of, or represent, any government authority.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

All immigration decisions are made solely by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) or other relevant authorities.

Anchor does not guarantee approvals, outcomes, processing timelines, or success rates. Engagement of Anchor’s services does not influence or bind the discretion of ICA or any third-party authority.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and truthful information;

  • Reviewing all documents prepared, reviewed, or discussed with Anchor;

  • Making all final decisions relating to submissions and applications.

Anchor shall not be responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or withheld information provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed scope of services at the point of engagement.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Failure to make payment in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional advisory and support services, all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.

No refunds will be provided for changes of mind, unsuccessful outcomes, or decisions made by third-party authorities, including ICA.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of opportunity, reputation, or future prospects, arising from the use of this website or services.

Anchor’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, materials, frameworks, templates, and educational resources, is the intellectual property of Anchor unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for general informational purposes only. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, information may not always reflect the most current policies, practices, or regulatory changes.

Anchor reserves the right to update, modify, or remove website content at any time without notice.
