Due to the nature of these services, which involve time, expertise, and preparatory work, all fees paid are non-refundable once services have commenced.

No refunds will be provided for changes of mind, unsuccessful outcomes, or decisions made by third-party authorities, including the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore.
